Parking Options

Free parking
There is one designated disabled parking space at 40 Stewart Street.

The clinic has very limited parking spaces, and these are usually full. Nearby on-street parking is also extremely limited. You will most likely need to park and walk to the clinic (see paid options).

Paid Options: 

  • There is the Tū Waka-Waipapa Wilson Parking building at 550 Hagley Ave, on the corner of  St Asaph St - it is a 5-minute walk to the clinic.

  • There is a Parkmate parking area at 238 Antigua St (payment is via the Parkmate app) - it is a 10-minute walk to the clinic.

Please arrive five minutes before your appointment time so our reception team can check you in.

If you need to cancel

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We need at least 24 hours' notice, which will allow us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
