WHY WEIGHT MANAGEMENT IS MY PASSION
I'm driven to support people to better understand themselves and their habits; especially around living a healthy lifestyle and looking after one's body. My motivators are less about aesthetics and more about you feeling energetic, the reduction of disease or significant injury risk and the positive mental wellness associated with good nutrition.
We live in a world full of misinformation and pseudoscience that directs us to unsustainable, unsupported and, often, unsafe weight loss options that require massive changes to the way we live. On top of this, many large food companies' priority is profit and consumption, over health. This creates confusion about what is best for our bodies and dietary intakes.
My priority is what is best for you! And helping you appreciate that it isn't willpower or your own failings that is causing your challenges. Our modern-day food environment is a tricky landscape!

I get a kick out of witnessing the lightbulb moments that become the catalyst for positive change in peoples' lives and have developed an ability to bring these moments out in people thanks to many years leading and coaching in various roles.
Every person is capable of getting to a healthy weight and reducing their risk of illness and disease. And I enjoy playing my part in supporting people to realise this capability.
