Kate has spent almost 20 years working with those who are considering or have had metabolic bariatric surgery, and now increasingly with people who want help with weight loss medications, such as Wegovy, Ozempic, Saxenda and Contrave.

Her work with thousands of patients has found that it's common for people to struggle with weight management long-term, even with the benefits of surgery and medication.

A critical part of managing your weight is learning the mental and emotional reasons behind why you eat. Your reasons will be unique to you, so Kate's consultations are built around your needs and life experiences.
