Parking
There is one designated disabled parking space outside the clinic at 40 Stewart Street.
There are very limited parking spaces and these are usually full. Nearby on-street parking is also extremely limited.
You will most likely need to park and walk to the clinic, so we advise allowing 10-15 minutes of extra time to accommodate this in your appointment planning.

Our Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
We need at least 24 hours' notice, which will allow us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
