Our experienced team can help with the complexities of your unique needs. Our service includes a specialist GP with experience in weight loss medication, clinical experts in emotional eating and food behaviour, nutrition, and exercise for whole body and mind support.

Christchurch Weight Management Clinic is a team effort by GP Dr Shri Lamba and weight management specialist Kate Berridge.

Both are passionate about helping people with their weight management goals and guiding people to get the best out of weight loss medications and surgery. 

Their combined experience offers you informed specialist advice to help with your unique path to better health.

Do I need a referral?

No, there's no need for a referral - you are most welcome to email us and ask for help.

Where do I park?

There are limited parking options at the clinic at 40 Stewart Street, Christchurch.

Free Options
There is one designated disabled parking space; other parking is extremely limited, even in surrounding side streets.

You will most likely need to allow 5-10 minutes to find a park nearby and walk to the clinic.

Paid Options
5 minute walk: Tū Waka-Waipapa Wilson Parking, 550 Hagley Ave, on the corner of St Asaph St.

10 minute walk: Parkmate parking, 238 Antigua St (payment is via the Parkmate app).

Please arrive five minutes before your appointment so our reception team can check you in.
